Congratulations to myYearbook 0
We're really excited for Geoff Cook and the entire myYearbook team on the announcement of their merger agreement with QuePasa. The combined entity will have $33.6 million in trailing 12 month revenues and $5.9 in EBITDA, over 70 million registered users, over 4 billion monthly advertising impressions, and a strong gaming portfolio and virtual currency economy that spans multiple continents and languages.
This company will always be a special one for me – myYearbook was one of the first investments I was involved with starting 5+ years ago, and they were based in my previous hometown of New Hope, PA. It's been a a pleasure and an honor to watch them grow and build a real business, and if you read the letter Geoff sent to the employees in this TechCrunch article you'll get a feel for what got them here and what they're playing for going forward.
Congrats!
