With Solve Media you’ll never look at a CAPTCHA the same way again 7

We're excited that our portfolio companay Solve Media - previously known as AdCopy – has launched and is now telling the world what it does.    At a high level, they take one of the least valuable, most frustrating parts of the Internet and turn it into an engaging and memorable ad unit – take a look at the example below.




Through their TYPE-IN advertising platform, advertisers are seeing superior engagement and recall rates, and publishing partners are seeing previously under-utilized inventory become valuable.   That's a very big deal and a really innovative idea, and a number of large advertisers and publishers have signed up with Solve Media already, including Toyota, Microsoft, Tribune, and Meredith.

We're pleased to be backing founders Ari Jacoby and Todd Lieberman for a second time – we were fortunate to be investors in their first company VoiceStar which was acquried by Marchex in 2007.   And we're also pleased to be working with co-investors New Atlantic Ventures and AOL Ventures.
