This week we held our First Round Capital AdSummit in NYC, following in the tradition of our previous summits (Agency Days, Entertainment Summit, and eCommerce Summit). AdSummit brought together nine of our ad-related portfolio companies with over 175 executives from clients, agencies, media and technology companies.

Our keynote speaker was Britton Taylor of Weiden & Kennedy, one of the people behind the wildly successful Old Spice campaign, and one of his key messages was that technology is at its best when it makes us more human.
